I'm a retired Art Director from the advertising field for more than 18 years. I got bored being retired and need to do something with my other passion, which is cooking, and my love of food. I've been cooking when I was in the Middle East, but of course only for myself.
I was really surprised because while peeling potatoes, carrots, and other ingredients, I was smiling and feeling a bit happy while doing these chores for cooking. So right then and there I knew that this is my next calling... that's when Tomski Lechon House started.
